ANGELINA JOLIE and her brother JAMES HAVEN will split their mother’s $1.2 million life insurance policy as instructed in her will.

Marcheline Bertrand lost her battle with cancer in January and now the details of her will have been made public.

The late actress claimed she was still owed $180,000 in spousal support from her ex-husband Jon Voight. She named Angelina and James as co-executors of her estate. Marcheline also left $100,000 to Angie’s children Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh.
