A Dick has been arrested. Comedian Andy Dick was arrested in Murrieta, California Wednesday morning for suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery.

The forty-two year-old was nabbed just before 2 a.m in the parking lot of a Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Murrieta. He is currently being held on $5,000 bail.

This isn’t Andy’s first run-in with the law.

In 1999, the was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana after driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood.

Last year, Andy was collared for relieving himself in public.
