UPDATE: Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday after he “battered” a 17-year-old girl, according to a statement from the Murieta, California Police Department. Cops say Dick tried to disrobe the teen outside of a local restaurant.
“Dick walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” the statement reads. “Marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets.”
The arresting officer, Lt. Dennis Vrooman, says he picked up the actor at 1:13 a.m. this morning after receiving a complaint about a man urinating outside the Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant & Bar.
“He was extremely intoxicated,” Vrooman say.
