More than a dozen British police officers smashed their way into the North London residence of reported drug addict Amy Winehouse on Thursday afternoon.
No-one was at home and no arrests have been made.
“We can confirm there is police activity as part of an ongoing police operation,” a spokesman for Scotland Yard reports.
