Amy Winehouse has hired a private eye to spy on ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

The “Rehab” singer, 25, allegedly wants to compile a portfolio of the jailbird’s unreasonable behavior to ready herself against an expected legal battle for a divorce pay-off.

“The family have a record of everything Blake has done to hurt Amy and they’ve hired a private detective as well,” a pal of Amy’s revealed to Britain’s News of the World on Sunday. “Amy’s determined Blake’s not going to get a penny. But as much as she hates him right now she doesn’t want to leave him in the gutter.”
