I really hope they keep American Idol. I still have three years till I can audition- I wanted to audition when I was older, say 19 or 20, but if American Idol won’t be around then (in 7 years) then I’ll audition when I’m 15. I don’t care if they have to get new judges. Just keep American Idol. <3

I think they should keep American Idol going on for many years no matter what. I mean there are still many people out there who want to pursue this and they’re just going to cancel it. I’ve watched this show ever since I was little and have practiced so hard to be in it. My birthday is in July this year which means I’ll be 15. What’s wrong with these people trying to take away the best TV show broadcasted!!!

I think that if they cancel it then they should make a newer better one but I really hope they don’t cuz it my favorite show! I hope I get the chance to go on it and succeeds if u want to look me up go to YouTube and type in wizardsinger123 that’s me! Hope to c u soon American idol!!

i think the producers should pick people that’ll actually have a chance, cas i know i only watch the auditions for the funnyness of the taribel people but then i stop watching it and here who wins at school, also it should be at least 13 years of age, kids have mad singing skills these day, and 13 is the age before kids that can sing start to smoke (only the pot heads) and damage their vical cords forever

That will not by any means be the last season of american idol. There’s two new judges that are bringing emotion and comedy to the show and the rating are deffinitly going to be going up.american idol makes too much money, so its not over.

I think that it would be best to keep it way blaster 2012 because some people including me still don’t have the age to audition because of the age!! I mean I’ve been dreaming of a chance to be in American Idol for a long time but this year 2011 I’m barley turning 14!

If this American Idol’s last year, then they should at least come to Atlanta, GA. I don’t think I can make it to the auditions in Nashville, TN, this Saturday. I have been waiting to audition since I was 12, & I’m 16 now, soon to be 17, & I really need American Idol, it’s been my dream to go on there. Please keep this show going so others can pursue their dreams also.

I think American Idol should continue for years. If they have to find new judges so be it !!!!!! That show is the best on tv during this time. And people like me who havent been old enough to audition are now at the age of availability, so atleast another year so I can audition :)

They should change the voting system to one-vote-per-phone.

That way there would be more correlation between a singer’s popularity and votes (than with some people dialing a thousand times and some people dialing once.)
