Alicia Keys “Rapture” Remake “Sex And The City 2” Soundtrack [AUDIO]

R&B songstress Alicia Keys has recorded an update of Debbie Harry’s Blondie classic, “Rapture,” which will appear on the Sex And The City 2 Original Soundtrack, premiering May 25!

Fun Fact : “Rapture” was one of the first pop hits heavily-influenced by early hip-hop production when it hit the airwaves almost 30 years ago. Aided by a backing tracking that features the instrumental Sex theme song, Alicia — a multiplatinum-selling Grammy winner — commands our eardrums as she makes the track her own. Die-hard SATC fans will likely find themselves smiling and nodding their heads to the beat as they envision Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Sam strutting down Fifth Avenue to the vocal stylings of A. Keys.
