Britney Spears is rumored to already be engaged to greaseball photog Adnan Ghalib. International tabs even tattle that the pair spent time shopping for engagement rings during their recent escape to Mexico.

Although her paparazzo lover is married, he allegedly proposed to the singer just hours after her hospital release, triggering huge concern among her family that she’ll run away with the man they feel is taking advantage of a very sick girl. They are desperate to get Britney away from Adnan and into a treatment facility, but the pair disappeared yet again last week, leaving LA for Mexico in a private jet.
