All together now: Awww!

Pop powerhouse Adele presented a Best Son Oscar souvenir for her five-month old son Angelo, which will sit alongside the Best Original Song trophy the singer snagged at last month’s Academy Awards.

“…And we’re home! What an epic trip. Thanks for having us Hollywood!” the charttopping mom wrote on Twitter Monday, posting a photo of a small mock Best Son Oscar statue.

The “Skyfall” singer made her first live performance since giving birth last October during the Oscars ceremony. Adele grew emotional as she addressed the crowd of Hollywood heavyweights with a moving speech:

“Thank you so much. This is amazing…”
