ABC “The Witches Of Eastwick” TV Series

The Witches of Eastwick, a cult classic that featured the acting talents of Michelle Pfeiffer, Susan Sarandon, Cher, and Jack Nicholson, is once again being pitched for a trip to the small screen.
NBC unsuccessfully developed a small screen adaptation of the 1987 film in 1992. Fox tried its luck with the story in 2002, to no avail. The Fox series cast Lori Loughlin, Marcia Cross and Kelly Rutherford as three Rhode Island witches who take up witchcraft and a summon a Satan character who ends up seducing each of the women in hopes of having a child before he leaves the Earth.
