ABC Jason Mesnick “The Bachelor” : “The Bachelorette” Reject Jason “The Bachelor 13″
Jason Mesnick, the 32-year-old accountant executive who was left nursing a broken heart on the May Season Finale of The Bachelorette, will be the next star of ABC’s The Bachelor, the network confirmed on Wednesday.
The single dad from Seattle became a fan favorite as he waged an unsuccessful battle against snowboarder Jesse Csincsak for the heart of Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas last Spring. This time, Jason will be the one handing out long-stemmed red roses to 25 special ladies when the 13th season of the romantic reality season returns to the Alphabet Network in January 2009.
Jason, who works in estate and legacy planning, says he is looking for a woman who “has a real curiosity about the world and who can find passion in life’s smallest moments.”
