Nicole Scherzinger (Hawaii)

Born in the Aloha State, Pussycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger spent her early years in the islands. At age 6, Nicole moved with her mother to a farm around Louisville, Kentucky. She spent her teenage years competing in singing competitions. Making her singing debut, Nicole was part of Eden’s Crush. After the group split-up Nicole landed the role in the Pussycat Dolls. She says that the group caught her eye because of her ties to the musical Chicago (She played the role of Velma in College).

Torrie Wilson (Idaho)

Born in Boise, Idaho, Torrie Wilson of WWE fame, is the “Gem” of the state! Torrie rose to fame when she landed on the WWE scene in 1998. Torrie has been on FHMs Hottest lists and posed for Playboy on 2 different occasions. The blonde bombshell retired from wrestling in 2008, but says she still hits the gym up to 2 hours per day to keep her body in amazing shape.

Denise Richards (Illinois)

Born in Downers Grove, Illinois (one of the worst city names ever?) Denise Richards hails from the Prairie State. Denise has had a rocky career including being named the “Worst Bond Girl of All-time”. What’s brought her the most fame has been her 4-year marriage to actor Charlie Sheen. The rough marriage produced 2 daughters. Their high-profile divorce, in which Denise alleged all sorts of things against Charlie, spawned a heated custody battle. Denise is currently filming a reality TV show for E! entitled, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.

Don’t you wish this Hoosier worked in your Office? Hot, funny, and very girl next door, Jenna Fischer has given new meaning to the role of a receptionist. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jenna did move to St. Louis as a child but claims her Indiana roots!

Michelle Monaghan (Iowa)

Michelle Monaghan was born and raised in Winthrop, Iowa. This Hawkeye grew-up the daughter of a daycare operator and a factory worker. Michelle spent several years as an international model, traveling around the world. She dropped out of college, just one semester short of her Journalism degree to pursue acting. Best known for her roles in Mission Impossible III and Eagle Eye, Michelle is currently playing her most challenging role, new mom to baby girl Willow.

Martina McBride (Kansas)

Raised in the TINY town of Sharon, Kansas, Country star Martina McBride is the small-town dream come true! Growing up singing for about 200 people, the ENTIRE population of her town, Martina learned to sing like Pat Benatar and Bonnie Raitt! After one semester of college in the Sunflower state, Martina dropped out and began renting some production space from a producer named John McBride. They were married in 1989 and have 3 daughters. Martina at 42 is still one of the most beautiful women in the business!

Ashley Judd (Kentucky)

Even though she was born in California, Ashley Judd represents the Bluegrass in so many ways! Named after the town of Ashland, Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Ashley is one of the Commonwealth’s biggest supporters. From November to March, you can find Ms. Judd at several UK Men’s basketball games cheering on her Cats. Ashley isn’t just a face in the crowd either, she can rattle off basketball stats with the best of them – appearing on ESPN’s College Gameday program and broadcasts during the game. Ashley’s passion carries over to her personal life as well, working with many humanitarian and political charities. Ashley is a Global Ambassador for YouthAids and travels frequently in support of AIDS research.

One of the most famous women in the world, Miss Britney Spears hails from Kentwood, Louisiana! A proud native of the Pelican State, Britney still calls Louisiana home. With her sons, Britney spends a lot of time at her family retreat near Kentwood. What can you say about Britney that hasn’t already been said? Her great body and beautiful smile helped launched her career, which has been filled with lots of ups and downs. After a short marriage to a back-up dancer, Kevin Federline, produced 2 sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney appeared to be spinning out of control. In February 2008, Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, was granted control of Britney’s estate and seems to have helped his daughter regain control of her life. This All-American girl hails from the Old Line State of Maryland. Stacey Keibler, born and raised in Baltimore, rose to fame when she landed a role in the WCW. Eventually moving to the WWE, Stacey Keibler became a star during the second season of the reality TV show, Dancing With the Stars. After her retirement from wrestling in 2006, Stacey has made several appearances on television shows but is currently laying low in the California sun!
