The biggest Mafia child success story is Jennifer Mascia.  Mascia wrote a book entitled “Never Tell Our Business to Strangers,” in which she revealed her father John Mascia’s murdering ways, as well as her mother’s complacence in his actions.  She also worked for the NY Times and escaped the mob lifestyle completely.
