The habitually heroin-addicted Doherty is so determined to share his life, and his crackpipe, with Wacked Out Winehouse that the Babyshambles star has penned a letter to Amy’s incarcerated husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, requesting that he set the Grammy Award-winning singer free to marry him instead.

Britney Spears is forging ahead with rumored plans to star in and produce a new TV show following her criticially-acclaimed guest spots on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. The one-time pop star has pitched idea for the new series a number of Hollywood executives over the past week.
“Britney met Roy Bank, the president of Merv Griffin Entertainment, on Wednesday. It was a serious meeting and they spoke about various programme ideas – including a new music show,” TMZ reports.
A la Jessica Simpson, mother-to-be Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is preparing to channel her inner “dumbass” for a new reality show about her life as Mrs. Pete Wentz. The newlyweds have already begun shopping footage for the proposed series to several television networks and Ash works overtime to appear as enduringly dense as her big sister Jess did on her own unscripted hit, MTV’s Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica.
“One scene is at a dinner and everyone is toasting to business ventures and important things like that,” a celebrity source revealed to OK! Magazine. “But when it came to Ashlee, she toasted ‘to jewelry,’ and Pete just shook his head.”
