Academy Award-winning actress Angelina Jolie is on the July 2008 cover of Vanity Fair Magazine. Angelina opens up about her childhood, motherhood, and her always-expanding international family in the new VF issue, on newsstands this Monday. The stunning star also mentions that Brad finds pregnancy “very sexy.”
“When I was growing up I wanted to adopt, because I was aware there were kids that didn’t have parents. It’s not a humanitarian thing, because I don’t see it as a sacrifice. It’s a gift. We’re all lucky to have each other. I look at Shiloh—because, obviously, physically, she is the one that looks like Brad and I when we were little—and say, ‘If these were our brothers and sisters, how much would we have known by the time we were six that it took into our 30s and 40s to figure out?’ I suppose I’m giving them the childhood I always wished I had.”
Isla Marcheline and Amelie Jane haven’t been introduced to the world just yet. Despite a anonymous source confirmation to Entertainment Tonight, a spokesperson for Brangelina issued a statement early Friday afternoon claiming the Oscar-winning actress is still pregnant.
“Angelina has not given birth,” begins the statement. “She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France.”
A statement from Brad’s rep simply reads: “It’s not true.”
Shiloh and Zahara are big sisters and now brothers Maddox and Pax have another pair of gorgeous girls to look after. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt welcomed the birth of their twin daughters in a small Catholic clinic in France last Sunday, bringing their brood to six. The girls are named Isla Marcheline (after Angelina’s late mother) and Amelie Jane (in honor of Brad’s mom). What do you think of those selections?
“Babies are great and so is mom, “ a snitch spilled to Entertainment Tonight.
