Celebrity whispers claim Lindsay Lohan has been released from Utah’s Cirque Lodge Treatment Center and is back hitting the party scene in Los Angeles. During Sunday evening’s Teen Choice Awards 2007, a popular radio deejay was overheard bragging that he’d partied LiLo on Saturday night A Cirque rep will not confirm or deny Lindsay’s departure from her third stint in rehab in six months. Lindsay’s spokesperson, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, says it’s “not true.”

According to Radio With A Twist, Rihanna is reportedly dating former ‘Even Stevens’ star Shia LaBeouf. “It’s all the talk of the Indiana Jones 4 set,” a tattle dishes to news sources. Shia took Rihanna out on a romantic date at Kate Mantilini in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

Madonna is reportedly adopting a second child from the African nation of Malawi, this time the Material Girl will become mom to a thirteen month-old girl called Mercy, who will join the family next April.
