Before Wilie e coyote,and road runner,there was Wilie e coyote (Ralph),and the sheep dog.Hilarious.They punch in,and become bitter enemies,with Ralph trying to kill the sheepdog,only to get thwarted,and punching out,they are best of friends.Great cartoon,when they had them before the start of the movie.Don Boulding

This might have been mentioned but we have left some awesome supervillians off the list…

“Him” – The Powerpuff girls
Amazing show with an amazing villian. Him tourtures the girls on their birthday, in the future and even in their dreams. This is the villian so sinister that even the narrator refuses to call him by his true name. If there is anyone deserves to be on this list it’s… “Him”

Dr. Claw – Inspector Gadget
Another fantastic villian that was definitally epic. If we remember Dr.Claw would always try to put the Inspector, Penny and Brain to a horrible end. It was only due to Inspector Gadgets dumb luck that they would narrowly escape with their lives. This antihero deserves some love on this short list. NEXT TIME GADGET, NEXT TIIIIME!!!

Cobra Commander – G.I. Joe
I know we already have a G.I. Joe toon in this list but I am much more partial to the leader that fuels the fire for world desruction than the second in command. Cobra Commander started the underground movement against the Joe’s and has conqured all that got in his way. I’d like to see him kill Desrto and rise to power on this list of evil.

Just once, I would like one of the Scooby Doo villians actually get away without the interference of those “nosy kids”. Seriously, imagine all the planning you would put into your operation to wear a costume to scare away people, and then an ascot wearing college boy, his brainless but good looking girlfriend, their obviously l es bian friend, their slacker stoner friend and talking dog with a constant case of the munchies comes along and ruins your retirement plan. I would try to put a bullet in them too!

But I agree with the article though.

If you look carefully at all the Tom and Jerry cartoons, It turn out most of the time, Jerry gives Tom shit for no real reason in the first place.
